I thought it worthwhile mentioning a little about Chronic Fatigue Syndrome as recovery from this debilitating disease is often hampered if no completely stopped by  the sufferer being exposed to either geopathic stress, electromagnetic stress or both.
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS)
Chronic fatigue syndrome is characterized by incapacitating fatigue coupled with problems of concentration, short-term memory and flu like conditions such as pain in the joints, unrefreshed sleep, tender lymph nodes, sore throats and headaches. Other common symptoms also include problems with word finding, inability to comprehend/retain what is read. Speech impairment can also be experienced.
Unfortunately there is at present no one diagnostic test to confirm the condition. Rather, a medical practitioner would take a medical history, asking questions about your life style and previous illnesses, followed by several exploratory tests to exclude any alternative diagnosis.

In 1994 an international committee of CFIDS experts developed a case definition. Eight symptoms were identified to accompany the fatigue of which four had to be present for a period of at least six months to be diagnosed with the condition. These symptoms are;

1. Impaired memory or concentration.
2. Sore throat
3. Tender cervical or auxiliary lymph nodes.
4. Muscle pain
5. Multi-joint pain.
6. New headaches.
7. Unrefreshed sleep
8. Post exertion malaise.

However this definition is not foolproof. A  recent CFIDS survey in America where doctors recommended their CFIDS diagnosed patients to attend a specialist centre to be further evaluated; 18% were found to have a pre-existing medical condition that accounted for their chronic fatigue illness which was identified from blood specimens obtained at enrolment.

It is interesting to note a study by Dr D.C. Coster regarding his latest findings on the blood flow through the brain stems of people with CFS and healthy controls. The study showed  that the blood flow through the brain stems of people with CFS is significantly lower than the blood flow through the brain stems of healthy people. It is his hypothesis that an over active immune system will produce excessive quantities of cytokines, the chemicals produced by the body to deal with infection. One of the side effects of cytokines is to anaesthetize the area of the body in which they are working , in this case the brain stem. When an area of the body is anaesthetized it needs less oxygen and therefore calls for less blood. This factor my be linked  to the decreased flow of body fluids when immersed in such a geopathically disturbed area.

Treatment
Usual medical treatment is geared to improving the underlying symptoms of the individual. These include medication for sleep disturbances, digestive problems such as nausea, flu like symptoms, depression and anxiety. This is usually supplemented with supportive therapies to help people relax and improve coping skills. If you are suffering from CFS I would seriously suggest you have your house surveyed to see to what extent your health/recovery is being hampered by these energies.
