The price of a domestic dwelling up to 3 bedrooms  is £175 plus the standard day return from my local train station Hove to your  nearest train or underground station. 

Add an extra £20 for each bedroom over a standard 3 bedroom property

If my total journey time takes over 5 hours then add on another £50

On average 3-4 bedroom  property will take about 2 hours to complete.
